Steinthal and the opening of its New York City office.

Prior to joining BSG, Mr. Steinthal was founder and president of a financial services consulting organization with clients including Lazard Freres, ADP, and the Griswold Company. Mr. Steinthal has also worked with in-house IT and trading staffs at firms such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette. Mr. Steinthal has also worked on various industry committees with the NASD and NASDAQ.
