Keith Morris brings more than 20 years of experience to Adaptis. During his career, he has been heavily involved in designing methodologies in project management, infrastructure and software development and has used his talent to guide architecture and process improvement. Most recently Keith served as Senior Director of Software Development at eAcceleraton Corporation where he was responsible for leading a 150-person team of software engineers, project managers and content development associates. In addition to the creation of a world class project management office, Keith was credited with an organizational turnaround that significantly contributed to the company's growth. Keith's healthcare experience includes senior leadership with Premera Blue Cross, where he was instrumental in developing their Enterprise Project Management methodology, IT Project Development Lifecycle and System Development Lifecycle. His healthcare experience began with Medalia Healthcare, developing applications that brought legacy system data to newly implemented systems.
