Tremor Network's acquisition of Dynadco is being accounted for as a pooling of interests and is expected to generate a 700% increase in revenue over the next year.
The combined firm will be the only one in the industry to provide comprehensive in-banner and in-stream advertising solutions, and further expands the unique rich media and video advertising capabilities available throughout Tremor's global network serving 60 million unique users per month. The acquisition provides additional distribution channels for Tremor's video advertising clients and diversifies the reach and revenue potential of Tremor's publisher network.

Mr. Chenard will continue to have day-to-day operating and management responsibility, and will provide technical, operational and strategic direction to Tremor Network's video advertising platform and services.
