This program provides free on-site service on over 120 HP(R) monochrome LaserJet printers for one year. At agreement inception, the user must purchase two toner cartridges per HP(R) LaserJet printer model listed on the Service for Supplies agreement and continue to purchase toner supplies for the duration of the agreement from TallyGenicom.

This program will provide HP(R) LaserJet printer users the flexibility to eliminate service costs from their budget or the luxury of service if their budgets did not allow for it previously. On-site service is delivered by a contracted service provider with a team of 1,800 certified technicians, using quality parts. Service is normally provided by the second business day. Coverage includes parts, labor and travel for locations within a 100 mile radius of the nearest service technician.

A free on-site inspection for each printer model specified on the agreement will be provided within seven business days. If any printer is in need of repair, it will be returned to good working condition at the user's expense. After which, all future repairs will be free of charge for one year.

TallyGenicom compatible toner cartridges, that meet or exceed the yield of the OEM, are less expensive than the OEM and are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Additionally, TallyGenicom warrants that its toner will not cause any damage or abnormal wear and using TallyGenicom brand toner will not void any manufacturer's warranties.
