Mercury also announced that these offerings will be available through Mercury Managed Services(TM). Mercury Business Availability Center helps customers manage application performance and availability from an end-user perspective, manage application service levels delivered to the business, and mitigate risk by improving visibility into application performance problems across the lifecycle.
Mercury made this announcement as part of its market expansion strategy in Asia-Pacific and to meet the demands of the fast-growing markets in China, Korea and Japan. The launch of these localized versions of Mercury Business Availability Center follows the release of the Chinese version of Mercury Quality Center(TM) in January 2005. Providing local versions of Mercury application delivery and application management products, helps customers take a lifecycle approach to optimizing application quality and management.

Mercury Managed Services for Mercury Business Availability Center is available now with support for Chinese, Korean and Japanese user-defined character sets. Full local language user interfaces in Chinese, Korean and Japanese will be offered through Mercury Managed Services in the third quarter of 2005.
