Central European Distribution Corporation will convene its annual stockholders' meeting at 9:00 a.m., local time, on May 1, 2008 (the "Annual Meeting"). The Annual Meeting will be held at the offices of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY. CEDC's board of directors has fixed March 4, 2008, as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and at all adjournments or postponements that may take place.
