"Lighthouse Financial Group, LLC ("Lighthouse") learned in media reports of the serious allegations brought by the US Attorney against a former associate Mr. Kimelman. Mr. Kimelman, who since 2007 has had no association or affiliation with Lighthouse, was a former employee of Lighthouse through its Proprietary Trading Division, an affiliate of Lighthouse. Lighthouse ended its affiliation with that Proprietary Trading Division in 2008 and no longer maintains a proprietary trading division. Lighthouse understands the serious nature of this matter and, if contacted, will cooperate fully with the appropriate regulators and law enforcement officials."
