MassMutual Retirement Services Commits Additional Resources to Taft-Hartley Business

SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- MassMutual's Retirement Services Division is pleased to announce that Kenneth Pouch has been promoted to national practice leader for MassMutual's Taft-Hartley business development team. He has been with MassMutual since 2001 and was most recently a relationship manager serving MassMutual's Taft-Hartley trustees and members. Mr. Pouch reports to Robert Cunningham, second vice president, MassMutual Retirement Services Division.

MassMutual has also added two new relationship managers to its growing Taft-Hartley service team, reporting to Rich Cartier, assistant vice president, MassMutual Retirement Services Division.

Joseph Carmignani joined MassMutual's Taft-Hartley team as a relationship manager on October 6. He was most recently a communications consultant for Fidelity Investments, and has held key client service roles with New York Life Investment Management LLC. and Putnam Investments.

John Dolan, Jr. joined MassMutual as a Taft-Hartley relationship manager on November 10. He spent 12 years with Prudential Financial where he most recently served as a relationship manager with significant focus on service to the Taft-Hartley market.

In addition to building its relationship management staff, MassMutual Retirement Services expects to add additional sales staff to support the Taft-Hartley business in the Eastern region.

MassMutual also expanded its investment lineup to include seven new options requested by retirement advisors specializing in the Taft-Hartley market. All seven of the new options, which became available on November 1, are included in MassMutual's Smart Architecture(SM) Investment Program and qualify for MassMutual's fiduciary certification and warranty program.
