Michael Caputo (Cleveland) is Principal and Director of Government Affairs. He is a registered lobbyist in Ohio, the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate. Lucy K. O'Shaughnessy (Cleveland) is a litigator who focuses on the areas of commercial litigation and insurance disputes, such as product liability, collections, insurance coverage declaratory judgment actions, insurance brokerage disputes, and fidelity and surety cases. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Stephen K. Hall (Columbus) specializes in multistate tax issues including tax controversy and tax policy at the state and local levels. He also leads the firm's Real Estate Tax Practice Group. Hall is the former assistant counsel to the Ohio Tax Commissioner. Adam D.
