Michael Caputo (Cleveland) is Principal and Director of Government Affairs. He is a registered lobbyist in Ohio, the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate. Lucy K. O'Shaughnessy (Cleveland) is a litigator who focuses on the areas of commercial litigation and insurance disputes, such as product liability, collections, insurance coverage declaratory judgment actions, insurance brokerage disputes, and fidelity and surety cases. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University and a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Stephen K. Hall (Columbus) specializes in multistate tax issues including tax controversy and tax policy at the state and local levels. He also leads the firm's Real Estate Tax Practice Group. Hall is the former assistant counsel to the Ohio Tax Commissioner. He has Bachelor of Arts and J.D. degrees from The Ohio State University and a LL.M. in Taxation from the Capital University Graduate Law Program.

Lawrence V. Stawiarski (Detroit) is a litigator who focuses on commercial litigation, general corporate law, product liability defense, employment law, and intellectual property law. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Adam D. Marshall (West Palm Beach) specializes in corporate bankruptcy and distressed merger and acquisition transactions, as well as receiverships, out-of-court restructurings and other alternatives to bankruptcy. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University.
