Net Servicos Raises US$ 200 Million

SAO PAULO, Brazil, June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Net Servicos de Comunicacao S.A. NASDAQ: NETC, a publicly-held company with headquarters located at Rua Verbo Divino no. 1.356 - 1no. andar, Chacara Santo Antonio, located in the city and state of Sao Paulo, inscribed in the roll of corporate taxpayers (CNPJ/MF) under no. 00.108.786/0001-65, in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, informs that it has raised with Banco Inbursa, through a loan agreement, a total amount of US$ 200,000,000.00. The principal amount of this loan will be repayable in three annual installments, with the final installment of principal due in June 2019. The loan bears interest rate at 7.875% per year. Funds will be used to finance the acquisition of the companies operating under the BIGTV brand name, and the remaining funds will be invested in the acceleration of NET's organic growth.
