American FINCO Promotes Robert Kanatzar to President

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- American FINCO Financial Services, a leading provider of third-party consumer credit to the home improvement industry, today announced that Robert "Pete" Kanatzar has been named President. He joined the organization in March 2002 as Chief Credit Officer and was elevated to Chief Operating Officer in November 2003. He will continue to serve as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kanatzar is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he earned his Bachelor and MBA degrees. He is a member of the American FINCO Board of Directors and serves as its Treasurer.
