DALLAS, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- RiverRock Holdings, a privately held acquisition firm, today announced that it has acquired Dynamic Energy Systems, Inc. (DES) -- a leading provider of medical billing software for the Durable & Home Medical Equipment (DME/HME) industry.

The acquisition provides DES with an infusion of capital to fuel future growth. In addition, RiverRock will take an active management role in DES to lead the company through the creation of new products and efficiencies needed to prepare for growth.
