MANASSAS, Va., March 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Target Advertising (ATA), Inc. announced that Matt Waters has been hired as Vice President of Client Development, a new position for the company.
Mr. Waters' primary function will be the development of new business proposals and contracts. Additionally, Waters will manage several accounts, as well as oversee the production staff and account representatives, and he will be responsible for the profitability of all accounts managed.
