NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per outstanding share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on April 4, 2008, to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2008.
