CPRi Announces Acquisition of Hire Intellect, an Atlanta Marketing & Communications Staffing Company

CHICAGO, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Corporate Project Resources, Inc. (CPRi), the largest national firm to deliver interim marketing and creative insourcing to Fortune 500 companies, announced today the acquisition of Hire Intellect(SM), a marketing and communications staffing company based in Atlanta. Since Hire Intellect and CPRi focus exclusively on fulfilling the staffing needs of corporate marketing departments, combining Hire Intellect's expertise and staffing services with CPRi is a strategic and complementary move. The combined organization will extend CPRi's staffing capabilities within the Southeast region to current and new Fortune 500 clients. Hire Intellect's office in Atlanta will keep its name but will become a division of CPRi.

The strategic acquisition comes on the heels of CPRi's acquisition of 7A, a Chicago based marketing staffing firm in Chicago, in September of 2004.
